Umhlanga Rocks forms part of the Sugar Coast. The name "Umhlanga" means "Place of Reeds" and is also well known for its landmark lighthouse, golden beaches, beautiful parks and a selective variety of accommodation and delicious cuisine, making Umhlanga one of KwaZulu-Natal`s prime upmarket holiday destinations north of Durban. The restaurant seats 100 guests and is open from 06h30 to 10h00. The bar is open from 15h00 to 23h00. A sundeck and plunge pool is located on the 10th floor (rooftop) of the hotel.
