The lodge is located in the heart of the Serengeti National Park, famous for its annual migration of big concentrations of wildlife. It is located some 335 kms from Arusha at an altitude of 1,400 metres above sea level.

Built around an enormous rock in the heart of the Serengeti, Seronera Wildlife Lodge is the ideal place to follow the migration of the wildebeest. With the Seronera River flowing nearby, this is the perfect starting point for safaris setting out to discover lions, cheetahs, and leopards preying on the antelopes in the Seronera Valley. The 75 comfortable rooms all have modern bathrooms. The Chui restaurant is available for up to 150 diners. For early risers, coffee and biscuits are served from 6 am. Lunch boxes are available on request before 8 pm the previous evening. There are two bars available for guests, The Pango indoor bar, and the Ikoma sundowner bar. You will see Rock Hyraxes ambling about the outcroppings, while Agama lizards bask their incandescent bodies in the sun.
