A nature reserve is generally a reserve with a variety of flora and fauna,
indigenous to the country and even sometimes to the particular area. There
would be no dangerous animals found in a nature reserve and therefore walking
and hiking would be good activities to do in these areas. Rock art is also
a possibility in mountainous nature reserves and can be found in some caves.
A forest reserve is generally a heavily wooded area, usually state owned,
and can be part of a national park or nature reserve. A section could be
cleared for a lodge or guest house, as done in the Garden Route area.
