GAME/WILDLIFE RESERVE

Game viewing is the prime raeson for staying at a wildlife reserve.

There are game and wildlife reserves, and there are National Parks, in the reserves, some of which are privately owned, game viewing can be done at any time of the day or night, but in the national parks (e.g. the Kruger National Park) game viewing can only be done in daylight hours. Sections of wildlife reserves have been privatised and developed upmarket game or bush lodges, from which game drives and bush walks can be carried out at leisure, including spotlight night drives.
