"Many thanks Tanya for your help on the booking. I would definitely use Greenlife again. The Victoria Falls Hotel is of course beautiful and we were impressed by the way they are maintaining it despite the difficulties. We think it is the best place to stay if you are looking at the Falls."

"Dear Natasha, just a line to let you know that we had a lovely weekend at the Beach House. It was just what we needed to restore our energies. We spend most of our time in the loft looking out on the ocean and listening to the rain. We will definitely be contact you again for future accommodation."

"In a nutshell, the trip was awesome and I cannot imagine how you could have done a better job for us. (Thornybush nKaya Lodge, Vuyatela, Victoria and Alfred Hotel, Doreale Grande Hotel)

You may absolutely use us as a reference Janice, although we may be so complimentary of your services, that a potential client may think we are on the payroll"

"Janice, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I had filled out a feedback form and left it with the tour leader - Ruth, as I left the tour. The service was fine and I was satisfied with all the staff. I had originally thought that being a leader would be a wonderful opportunity. Then I saw the voluminous coordination involved. Not my cup of tea. A bit much, but Ruth did pull it off.

One thing that could be clearer is the importance of the side trips, as sitting in camp is the only alternative. The core cost is very reasonable but the Masai Mara & Ngorongoro/Serengeti trips were not to be missed and they add 50%+ to the cost, not a problem from my end but I know some of the younger travellers did not do enough homework and felt a bit misled.

(3 day Overland Masai Mara Safari and 21 day Overland Southern Discoverer Safari South) "

"The trip was worth the wait Tammy. What a fantastic place, Simbambili Game Lodge was excellent and the game drives were outstanding. We had Johan and 'the Doctor' on our land rover, and as a team they where brilliant.

Gulnaz was blown away beyond her expectations, we did not expect to see animals that close to us or that many. Unfortunately no lions were to be seen, but the leopards made up for that as we saw 8 different leopards, including 2 cubs of about 3 months old.

We basically saw 4 of the Big Five on the first day and on the last morning we where graced with the presence of 2 cheetahs.

Simbambili Game Lodge will remain a special place to us. I am planning to come back next year with my two daughters.

Once again, thank you for organising a memorable holiday."

"Dear Tanya, We very much enjoyed 6 days at the lovely Cape Cadogan boutique hotel located in a heritage property near Table Mountain. We highly recommend the Cape Cadogan not only for its high quality, but also for its value.

We stayed for 4 wonderful days at the Notten's Bush Camp in the Sabi Sand Area of Greater Kruger. Game viewing was first class and the guides managed to ensure that we had good viewing without over intruding into the animals' comfort. Everything at Nottens exemplifies the fact that the Nottens family and their excellent staff really care about their guests. Nottens is excellent value and is highly recommended for everyone from honeymooners to retired couples.

Our three-day visit to Umlani Bush Camp in the Timbavati was a great introduction to our first safari in South Africa. The wild life viewing with Shadrack as guide was outstanding. San Camp provided several memorable experiences including riding quad bikes across the salt pans, dining out under the stars, walking with bushmen of the Kalahari, having wild meercats use our bodies as a high look- out points and a special surprise activity that we will never forget.

We spent a three very happy days at Duba Plains camp. The highlight was a very cheerful and helpful all Botswana staff with whom we had a great deal of fun. The tented accommodation was of a very high standard with many thoughtful features and the central facilities were of a good and very comfortable standard. Meals were good.

There were indeed many "priceless" moments in our holiday. Thank you for your substantial contribution to making it so enjoyable. We enjoyed Southern Africa very much and hope to return before too long. When we do we will certainly get in touch once again."

"Mushara Lodge was fantastic! We thought it the best of all we have visited. The lodge itself was beautiful; the attention of the staff was exactly at the right level. The manager Helena creates a very relaxing home feeling. The food was very good. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed it very much and we will recommend it to everyone."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed Gorges Lodge. It was beautiful and quiet. The staff were wonderful and treated us beyond expectations. I was so glad that we did not book a larger hotel in town. We had the best view and experience in Zimbabwe. Thanks for all your help Tammy."

"We both thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would like to thank you Janice for all your help in organising the various parts. It was great to work with someone so flexible and willing to accommodate, especially given we knew so little about the area before coming. (Doreale Grande Hotel; Seba Camp; AFRICAN HORSEBACK SAFARIS and Sussi and Chuma Lodge)

It was great to be met by someone in all the places we went to and even the pilots for Sefofane were more than helpful and considerate. We even managed a loop around Victoria Falls with our last pilot who kindly contacted Zimbabwe air traffic control to arrange.

Our overall comment would be - a truly fantastic trip and amazing experience for us both! Many thanks once again."

"We had a wonderful time in Cape town and in Namibia. The Walden House was very nice and the staff very helpful. The Burning Shore was also very nice and we just had a great time there. So thanks very much Tanya for all your help with our plans. We will certainly want to use you again on our next visit, which hopefully won't be too long in the future."

"OThe trip was fabulous Tammy. We had 2 weeks of self drive safari and then 4 days in the lodges you booked for us. The self drive safari was so great. Chitabe Lediba Camp was magical. I think that little camps have much more intimacy. The game was great in Chitabe Camp (lions, leopards, wild dogs and cheetah), the guide was extraordinary and so nice, the food was very original, the room very comfortable and all the staff so skilled. Chiefs Camp was good and the game game viewing was great (we saw the rhinos)."

"What a wonderful weekend we spent at Ka'Inga Lodge this past week-end. It was truly a great experience for us, not only to get away from the rat race but also to come to a professionally run venue like yours.

Everything that I asked for was ready or prepared as I had requested and I did not have to stress about anything other than getting up in the morning in time for the event I had booked for myself like the game drives.

The bush braai was a real hit and enjoyed by all along with all the other activities You are certainly going to hear from us again as we often have overseas visitors that come here and want to go somewhere for a weekend and I know what they will be getting from you so I will be most comfortable sending them your way.

Thanks again Tanya from myself and the rest of the management team of Grundfos South Africa."

"It's a pleasure for me to provide some feedback about our days at Muchenje Safari Lodge in August 2008.

Above all, I'd like to thank you, Tanya, for being extremely helpful during the booking process, for changing the original itinerary to suit our needs and for answering all my pre-safari questions so patiently.

Our knowledgeable and experienced guides, contributed greatly to the fabulous days along the Chobe River, game viewing and birdwatching were a unique experience there.

With its stunning panoramic views Muchenje Safari Lodge is absolutely recommendable. It provides a tranquil setting for guests to relax between the activities.

All in all, this safari holiday has exceeded our expectations. I'll definitely recommend Greenlife Southern Africa to anyone who is thinking of visiting Botswana.

Our entire experience was enriching and rewarding in every respect and I'm sure our memories will remain with us for ever!"

"We are back home from our trip to Africa. It was great, especeally the Botswana part of our trip. The delta itself was really great and we have beautiful memories, which we will have in our mind for a long time. (Savute Safari Lodge; Royal Tree Lodge; Xakanaxa Camp and Mankwe).

Thank you Tanya, and Greenlife for your kind assistance and your great service. Everything worked well. If we come to Africa again, we will surelly contact you."

"Tammy we loved Hilltop Camp. The chalets are clean, well equipped and well stocked for self catering. It is a well run establishment. The pool is gorgeous.

Our evening game drive was VERY exciting, what with being surrounded by elephants. Grace, our ranger handled things very well. The day game drive, less so, as we saw neither hide nor hair of the cats, but we did see lots of other wildlife and birdlife too.

All in all we had a great time."

"Thank you Janice for all of the wonderful suggestions you made for our trip to Botswana and Zambia. In particular, your recommendations of Jacks Camp and Jao Camp were perfect!!! We had the trip of a lifetime and have you to thank for guiding us in the right direction. We will definitely refer others to you in the future."

"Dear Tammy, we had a wonderful time at Hilltop Camp. Although we had a great time generally in South Africa over the 2 weeks, the 3 days at Hilltop Camp got the holiday off to the perfect start. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending it to oth once again for helping us plan our visit and for ensuring that our holiday got off to such a good start."

"Everything was exellent. The facilities were great, the staff were helpful, efficient and polite and the food in the restaurant was excellent and more varied than I was expecting given the remoteness of the site.

We saw a huge variety of animals and birds including a pack of 11-12 Wild Dogs. The guides were obviously knowledgeable about not only the reserve but also the wildlife within it and they made the drives entertaining and interesting.

We would like to thank everyone at Hilltop Camp and yourself in SA! Thanks for all your help Tanya! I hope to return for the World Cup....There are many things to do there! "

"We had a fantastic time Tammy. Lily at Cape Victoria Guest House is a VERY special lady; an absolute star, the consummate hostess.

Everything about Cape Victoria Guest House exudes her grace and style; it was an absolute delight. Nothing was ever too much trouble. In fact, Lily even gave Ray a parcel of her special almond tart to keep him going on our journey home.

Altogether, a superb, successful ending to a wonderful adventurous holiday. Many thanks for your services."

"Tammy thank you again, our honeymoon was fantastic. We spent a wonderful time in Southern Africa.

We visited Cape Town and Table Mountain, Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach, Simons Town and Fish Hoek. We went To Robben Island and to Hermanus (whales watching) through Sir Lowery Pass.

In Thornybush Chapungu Game Lodge we found the staff lovely and the lodge was very very nice! We had a bit of time to relax at Olivers Restaurant and Lodge in White River. The trip to Victoria Falls was amazing. We visited the falls area, Livingstone, Mukuni Village and the Zambezi area.

In every place we found beautiful, open, warm and kind people! Everything was perfect!!!!"

"Janice, we can not speak more highly of all the services you provided for our incredible experience especially the service Tom has received with securing a passport and a flight home. Tom misplaced his passport. We did not realize it until we checked into the Cape Grace. They did everything to try to help us. Wilderness Safaris were incredibly helpful as was the Cape Grace Hotel.

I want you to immediately know we cannot thank you and Wilderness Safaris enough for your professionalism and courteous aid in a very stressful situation. I will be happy to recommend Greenlife."

What a beautiful country - totally amazing. Thank you so much Tanya for all your help, everything went very smoothly - we were very lucky as we saw four out of the Big Five.

"We really enjoyed our trip and our stay in Namibia. I would like to highlight the stay in Kulala Desert Lodge. What an incredible place!. The location is spectacular, the rooms are amazing and the service is great. All the staff were amazing.

The rest of our trip was also great. We spent a couple of days in Cape Cross and the last night in the Okonjima. Okonjima has changed a lot since our last time there. It was a nice and pleasant surprise to be there again.

Tanya, regarding Greenlife and you, I have to recognize that I am really surprised. You are also an example of efficiency, good service, and ready to answer and fulfil the customers' needs. Great! I am really satisfied with your service. A special thanks to you. You have been my contact in Greenlife and the person that has been really supporting and attending to our needs. Thank you very much.

As I said before, I will recommend you to all my friends and colleagues. Also, I will consider you first when I book my next trip to South Africa. "
Miguel and Sara, Spain

"Dear Natasha, I have thoroughly appreciated the way in which you have paid meticulous attention to every aspect of our visit. This has been reflected in the attitude of other members of Greenlife's staff - both during the short visit that I paid to your office and in the attentions of your housekeeper, George.

I take it for granted that Scarborough is the best place to stay in the Cape Town are for those who are looking for peace, tranquillity and an untouched natural environment. Within Scarborough, I cannot imagine that there are any better places to stay other than the Beach House. The location, just by the beach, is perfect and the house is wonderful. Functional but elegant, extremely child friendly and with that particular feeling that although you are indoors, you feel that you are living outdoors.

It may seem unduly complimentary, but it is not. The whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish and we very much hope to return in many future years. "
Anthony, Liz and Family, UK
(travel dates: December 2008)

"Tanya, Delta Camp was an amazing experience - not the best time of year to go if you want to see lots of animals but then we knew that. We wanted to be outdoors the whole time. We were met by our guides, Matt and Poison, on the air strip after a fabulous journey on the smallest plane in the world! We dumped our bags in a truck and walked with one of the guides back to the camp - was a great start. They had decided to put us up in the tree house which was just awesome. We felt that we were outdoors the whole time but with the luxury of a tree house. All the mod cons but done simply and beautifully.

The food and service at the camp were first rate I would say. The bar was open to us all the time with great wine and beer readily available. Our clothes were laundered daily. Our rooms were cleaned while we were out. Mosquito net put up when we went out in afternoon - we were really taken care of.
The location was beautiful too. There was a group of hippos living close to our tree house. We saw the most amazing birds - all hues, sizes with the strangest of sounds coming from the too. On our walks over the 4 days we saw: warthogs, impala, a large antelope type animals [can't remember name], giraffe, elephants, huge tortoise and lots of hippos. Our Guide Poison was fab. He knew so much and loved sharing his knowledge. At one point he took us to a village to where we tried the local bread that a family was cooking in their garden.

To sum up then - we had a fabulous time - a holiday of life time and more. We would definitely go back to Delta Camp again. Guides amazing and very helpful as were all staff. Setting was stunning - didn't want to leave. Thanks so much for organising it."

"Hi Janice, just to let you know we returned home late last week after a fantastic holiday. We particularly enjoyed Little Vumbura, although Savuti Camp was lovely too. We saw heaps of wildlife, including rare things such as Aardvark, Caracal, Serval, Wild Dogs etc. I would like to thank you for your assistance and exceptional service. "
