DAY 1

On arrival in Johannesburg, you will be met and transferred to your hotel by an expert driver/guide. Enjoy a half day Rebirth of a Nation Tour. Highlights include Johannesburg city sightseeing, Nelson Mandela Bridge, Newtown and Constitution Hill. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. DAY 2

Depart Johannesburg and travel to Mpumalanga, 'Place Where The Sun Rises'. Explore the Panorama Route featuring the Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondawels, Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window and the Lone Creek Waterfalls before arriving at your overnight destination. Lone Creek River Lodge (River Suites) or similar - dinner, bed and breakfast basis

DAY 3

After breakfast, enter the Kruger National Park and continue to your private luxury game lodge in time for afternoon tea, followed by an evening game drive in an open safari vehicle. Enjoy a safari style bush dinner under the stars (weather permitting). Shishangeni Private Lodge or similar - dinner, bed and breakfast basis + 2 game viewing activities

DAY 4

Early morning game drive. After breakfast, exit the Kruger National Park, continuing onward to the Kingdom of Swaziland, passing through the capital city of Mbabane. Visit the Ngwenya Glass Factory with a late afternoon arrival at your luxury hotel situated in the Ezulwini Valley. Fine dining and a relaxing evening awaits you. DAY 5

After breakfast, visit a typical road side crafts and curio market and the Swazi Candle Factory. Travel through beautiful mountain scenery, before departing Swaziland. Re-enter South Africa and proceed to your next private game lodge. After high tea, set out on an afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle. Enjoy a truly African cultural experience and bush dinner (weather permitting) before retiring to your luxurious villa. DAY 6

Early morning game drive. Afterwards travel to iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage Site (previously known as The Greater St. Lucia Wetlands Park). Enjoy a river cruise on the estuary known as 'birder's paradise'. Here pelicans, flamingos, hippos and crocodiles may be seen. Continue to Durban, following the Indian Ocean coastline and sugar cane plantations. Zimbali Lodge or similar - bed and breakfast basis

DAY 7

Enjoy a full day at leisure. The hotel itself is sheer luxury and provides ample opportunity for relaxation, an optional spa treatment, or game of golf. Zimbali Lodge - bed and breakfast basis

DAY 8

Morning at leisure followed by a private transfer to Durban International Airport for the scheduled flight to Port Elizabeth (not included). Upon arrival in Port Elizabeth, meet and transfer to hotel. Protea Hotel Marine (Loft Wing) or similar - bed and breakfast basis

DAY 9

Departing Port Elizabeth, enter the Garden Route via the high forests of the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Visit the Big Tree in the Tsitsikamma Forest area, home to the Knysna loerie. Marvel at Storms River where photographic opportunities abound. After lunch at the scenic Storms River Mouth (not included), continue via Plettenberg Bay to Knysna, South Africa's oyster capital for your overnight stay. Dinner included at your hotel. DAY 10

After breakfast, depart on a fascinating ocean safari adventure where various whales, dolphins, penguins and seals can be seen in their natural habitat (weather and sea conditions permitting). Between noon and early afternoon, relax and enjoy a meal option of your choice (not included). After lunch, enjoy a lazy afternoon at the hotel, around the pool soaking up the sun. For those interested in Knysna, your driver/guide will take you on an afternoon excursion where you can stroll along the Knysna waterfront and do some shopping. Dinner included at the waterfront. DAY 11

After breakfast, set out on a scenic drive through Knysna, Wilderness, Dolphin Point and George. Continue over the Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn. Time permitting; an optional extra tour of the Crocodile and Cheetah Park is available. The remainder of the afternoon is spent visiting the Cango Caves for a fully guided tour. Arrive at your hotel and check-in. A hearty dinner is served in the elegant dining room, well known for its ostrich fare and fine wines. DAY 12

After an early breakfast, our journey to Cape Town begins. Leaving the Klein Karoo we explore Route 62, South Africa's longest wine route. Pass through the quaint towns of Barrydale, Robertson, Montagu and Worcester. Arrive in Cape Town during the late afternoon and check-in at your hotel. DAY 13

Full day Cape Highlights Tour (English only). This full day tour includes Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak (subject to the road being open) and the Cape of Good Hope Reserve. After enjoying stunning views from Cape Point, continue towards Simonstown and Muizenberg. After lunch (not included), sample some South African wines at a local wine estate. Travel through the Cape Winelands and the university town of Stellenbosch before returning to your Cape Town hotel in the early evening. DAY 14

Today's touring starts with a visit up Table Mountain. The cableway ticket is not included as the mountain visit is weather permitting. Your Cape Town city tour includes the Malay Quarter, time permitting a walk through the Castle of Good Hope and a photographic opportunity of Table Mountain from Table Bay. En-route back to the hotel, visit the Cape Town Diamond Works for a tour. The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure. Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence or similar - bed and breakfast basis

DAY 15

Morning at leisure for last minute shopping at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Private transfer to Cape Town International Airport in time for your homebound flight.
