Zimbabwe's Premier Wildlife Park
AFRICA boasts a splendid array of wildlife, and Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe is one of the continent's choice destinations.

This is a place of peace and serenity, a place to breathe in the chill, crisp morning air of an early game drive, to watch as the sun rises on another day in Africa as the great creatures begin their daily quest for food and water.
Hwange boasts one of the largest concentration of elephant in Africa, as well as kudu, sable, roan, eland and waterbuck. Also present are large populations of buffalo, giraffe and zebra. The abundance of prey attracts the full spectrum of predators - some 25 species - including lion, leopard, wild dog and hyena. Birders and twitchers will delight at the 400 species of feathered friends which grace the park.
Hwange is a mosaic of grassy plains, Mopane woodlands and pans, with a large part of the park only accessible to visitors staying in private lodges. It is here in these camps, that the traveler will have a true wilderness experience and come face to face with the great diversity and quantity of Hwange's wildlife.
The park is best reached by air charter from Victoria Falls or Bulawayo directly to the lodges' airfields, although there are also scheduled flights from Victoria Falls and Kariba, followed by an overland transfer to the lodges.
