The Moremi Game Reserve is esentially part of the Okavango Delta and has the highest concentration of predators roaming across the grasslands. Depending on the time of year, many camps and lodges provide both a water and land experience. Moremi is home to some of the finest safari lodges in Africa, including Chief's Camp, Eagle Island and Mombo, while Xakanaxa is one of the few camps which can offer year round water activities.

Transfers between camps are usually by light aircraft or road, unless the traveler is transferring to a camp within the delta or to the northern region of Chobe.
